    When you join our team, you will be part of our exclusive Merit Business Accelerator. Included is access to our Merit Intranet and Operations Manual, initial 2 weeks of field training teaching you everything about cleaning skills to quoting and admin, and one on one mentoring for your first 3 months to closely track your progress to ensure a smooth start.
    How much you can earn is in your hands, you can choose when and how much work to take on. Some of our Operators choose to run their business part-time by themselves, and others are working full time with multiple team members. It usually takes just 3 to 4 months to achieve a full-time level of work, where individuals are averaging $2,000 a week.
    Because you can choose when and how much work to take on, you can choose to run your business part-time if you’d like. Similarly, if you want to grow with a team of cleaners, that’s possible too after first successfully building your own clients in the field in the initial months to gain experience and learn the business, processes, and systems inside out.
    All the equipment and initial supplies you need to complete a quality service is included in your Franchise investment. Because you only need minimal equipment to achieve this, smaller vehicles are usually sufficient.
